About Melbreck

Melbreck is a nursing home providing personal and nursing care to up to 26 people with learning disabilities and complex needs. At inspection, 23 people were living at the service in one adapted building situated in a rural location. The home promotes choice and control for residents, enabling them to live as full a life as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes including independence. The service supports people to have maximum choice and autonomy in their daily lives.
