Thurlaston Meadows Care Home Ltd

Thurlaston Meadows Care Home provides personal care and accommodation for up to 45 older adults living with dementia, physical disability or sensory impairment. The two-story building contains 16 en-suite bedrooms and 23 bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities, some for double occupancy, along with three communal lounges and a dining room. At the time of inspection, 26 people were receiving care.

Inspectors identified ongoing concerns with medicines management. People's medicines were not always administered as prescribed or stored safely, continuing issues identified at the previous inspection. Risks were not always identified, assessed or well-managed throughout the service.
