Thurlaston Meadows Care Home Ltd

Thurlaston Meadows Care Home Ltd provides personal care and accommodation for older people, including those living with physical disabilities, dementia or sensory impairment, on both short and long term stays. At the time of the assessment, 31 people lived at the home. The CQC found the service had resolved previous breaches relating to risk management, medicines and leadership, with staff now well supported and care tailored to individual needs.

Inspectors found people and relatives felt safe, well cared for and confident that concerns would be acted on. Relationships between staff and residents were caring, with positive feedback about end of life care. Some further improvement to governance systems and record-keeping was still needed to sustain progress.
