Bilton House

Bilton House accommodates up to 39 people aged 65 and over across three floors. The Clarice Wing specialises in dementia care. Residents reported feeling safe and well-looked-after by staff who knew them well and treated them with kindness, respect and dignity. The home has established processes to protect people from abuse and harm, with staff understanding their reporting responsibilities. Medicines are managed safely and staff receive training on administration.

The home maintains a homely atmosphere with adequate staffing levels and volunteers to support residents in participating in a range of activities. Accidents and incidents are reported and monitored to enable learning and improvement.
