The Red House is a residential care home providing personal care to 18 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 23 residents, including those living with dementia. The service operates from an adapted residential property spread across two floors, with ground floor accommodation including a communal lounge, dining room and garden access, alongside two further bedrooms on the first floor.

People are supported safely and in a timely way because there is sufficient staffing with the right mix of skills, knowledge and experience. Staff have adequate time to read care plans and understand any risks to residents' health and how to manage them effectively. Relatives reported feeling confident in the quality of care provided.
