The Trees

The Trees is a residential care home providing personal care and respite short breaks to autistic people and people with a learning disability, physical disability or sensory impairment, supporting both younger and older adults. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding it met the principles of right support, right care, right culture, with safe staffing, well-managed medicines and thorough handling of incidents.

Inspectors found staff to be kind, skilled and well supervised, with strong links to healthcare partners. Relatives spoke positively, describing the home as "a real home from home" and feeling reassured their family members were safe, involved in decisions and treated as individuals by a supportive, improvement-focused leadership team.
