Kingly Croft accommodates up to six adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. The service has a dedicated team including occupational therapists, a speech and language therapist, and a physiotherapist to support people's rehabilitation. Four people were using the service at the time of inspection.

People received personalised, safe care tailored to their individual needs and preferences. All residents and relatives spoken with were complimentary of the support they received. Staff demonstrated a strong knowledge of the people they cared for, and observations confirmed they were kind and considerate in their interactions, treating people with respect and attentiveness throughout their daily support.
