Moat House

This purpose-built care home accommodates 101 people across three separate floors, with one floor specialising in dementia care. Each floor has adapted facilities, and residents have access to communal areas including lounges, a cinema room and outdoor spaces. At inspection, 97 people were using the service.

Staff received safeguarding training and understood how to report concerns and keep people safe from harm. The home had a robust recruitment process in place to ensure only suitable staff were employed. Sufficient staffing levels were deployed to meet residents' needs and maintain safety throughout the home.
