Kingly House

Kingly House provides accommodation for up to 17 adults with acquired brain injuries and neurological conditions. The service employs occupational therapists, a speech and language therapist and a physiotherapist to support people with their rehabilitation. At the time of inspection, 16 people were using the service.

People's care and support needs may not always be met in a timely manner due to high use of agency staff. Agency staff were not familiar with residents and were unable to provide the same level of personalised care as permanent team members.
