Hinckley House Care Home

This residential care home provides personal and nursing care for up to 60 people, including those with dementia. At inspection, 55 residents were using the service. Staff support residents to have maximum choice and control over their lives, working in the least restrictive way possible while acting in their best interests. Policies and systems across the service support this approach. Residents feel safe at the home and receive care that protects them from abuse. Staff understand their safeguarding responsibilities and have received appropriate training to keep people safe.
