The Limes Retirement Home

The Limes Retirement Home accommodates up to 26 people requiring personal care, including some living with dementia. At inspection, 24 people were using the service, which operates from one main building and two bungalows on site where personal care is provided.

The provider had strengthened systems for identifying risks and guiding staff on how to mitigate them, reducing the potential for avoidable harm and abuse. The home had implemented processes to respond appropriately when incidents occurred.
