Culrose Residential Home

Culrose Residential Home provides personal and nursing care to 26 older people, with capacity for up to 32 residents. During inspection, significant safety concerns were identified. Moving and handling equipment had not been serviced in accordance with required regulations, posing potential risks to residents. Care plans contained conflicting information and lacked sufficient detail about individual care requirements, making it difficult for staff to understand what support each person needed to remain safe. These deficiencies meant that risks to residents were not adequately planned for, managed or mitigated.
