Oak House

Oak House provides residential care and accommodation to four people with learning disabilities, with capacity for up to seven. The service offers self-contained accommodation featuring private bedrooms, lounges, bathrooms and kitchenettes across both ground and first floors, alongside shared communal facilities including a garden, kitchen and laundry.

Inspectors observed clear health and safety signage throughout the building, informing visitors about risks and how to keep themselves and others safe. Personal Protective Equipment was readily accessible in all areas, ensuring staff could maintain appropriate infection control practices.
