The Drive is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to 12 people with a learning disability and/or autistic people. Inspectors found the service continued to be rated Good, with people and their relatives speaking positively about the support provided. Staff knew people well, understood their needs, and were recruited and trained appropriately.

The CQC found risks to people were assessed and managed in a person-centred way, with people encouraged to build independence and stay active in their community. People and those close to them were involved in planning care, and records reflected individual needs and promoted wellbeing.
