The service enables people to live meaningful lives and achieve the best possible outcomes.

People are protected from abuse, with risks properly assessed and managed safely. There are sufficient staff to meet people's needs, and the registered manager reviews incident records to identify trends and prevent repeat occurrences. Medicines are securely stored and safely administered.
