Inspectors found staff were well trained and supported, and people's diverse needs and wishes were respected. The service was well-led, with clear oversight from the registered manager and deputy manager. People and relatives who spoke with the CQC said they felt safe, were treated with kindness and dignity, and could take part in a range of activities.
