St. Margarets Residential Home

People and their relatives reported feeling safe, and staff had received safeguarding training to recognise and report abuse. However, some aspects of the quality assurance processes were not effective in mitigating risks promptly enough. Staff spoke positively about the manager and registered manager, creating a supportive work environment where the provider could implement systems to understand and address quality and safety concerns.
