Frognal House Care Home

Sunrise of Frognal is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 131 people across two adapted buildings. At the time of inspection, 58 people were using the service.

People and their relatives gave positive feedback about safety, reporting that staff treated them well. The registered manager and staff demonstrated clear understanding of abuse, its types, and warning signs. Staff completed risk assessments for each person with up-to-date guidance to reduce risks effectively. Staffing levels were adequate to support people safely and promptly.
