The home was clean and in generally good repair, with adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs, though the deployment of staff could have been improved at times. Recruitment processes were robust to ensure staff suitability.

People were kept safe with risks effectively managed. Systems were in place to ensure people received their prescribed medicines correctly.
