The CQC found the home had come out of special measures, having made significant improvements since its last inspection, with previous breaches relating to safe care, safeguarding and governance now resolved. Overall the service is rated Requires Improvement.

Inspectors found staff were kind, attentive and respected people's dignity, with good access to healthcare and improved care planning. However, some people and staff reported staffing levels were sometimes insufficient, causing delays in care, and new governance and leadership improvements still need to be embedded and sustained.
