The home is spread over two floors, with ground floor facilities including a double-height reception area, bedrooms, dining area, and three lounge spaces—one large communal area used for activities and two smaller quieter lounges. The second floor contains additional bedrooms and office space.

A lift and secured staircase provide safe access between floors, with security measures in place to prevent fall-related injuries.
