The Hollies is a residential care home across several buildings, supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people. It was rated Good overall by the CQC. Inspectors found staff supported people to make choices, build independence and take part in community life, with person-centred care plans and good management of risk and medicines.
People and relatives described staff as kind, respectful and responsive, and felt well informed about care and incidents. Leaders had a positive, open culture, with thorough investigation of concerns and effective governance. Previous concerns about premises and equipment had been resolved, with no ongoing breaches found.
