Inspectors found staff supported people to make choices, build independence and take part in community life, with person-centred care plans and good management of risk and medicines.

People and relatives described staff as kind, respectful and responsive, and felt well informed about care and incidents. Leaders had a positive, open culture, with thorough investigation of concerns and effective governance. Previous concerns about premises and equipment had been resolved, with no ongoing breaches found.
