Stoneyford Care Home

The CQC carried out a focused review after concerns were raised about staffing and care delivery, and the home has retained its overall good rating.

Inspectors found staff were recruited safely and staffing levels for care staff were adequate, though gaps remained in domestic and laundry roles. Some care plans lacked detail on mental capacity assessments, and the provider acted quickly to address this. People said they felt safe, described staff as kind and friendly, and praised a new manager who had introduced regular resident meetings.
