St Edmunds

St Edmunds provides accommodation and personal care for up to 40 people, with 34 residents living there at the time of inspection. Staff were kind and caring, respecting people as individuals and ensuring they had maximum choice and control over their lives. Care met individual needs and preferences.

The home had established a person-centred and open culture where residents and staff felt listened to and able to share opinions about the quality of care. Suggestions for improvement were taken seriously and implemented by management.
