Staff were kind and caring, respecting people as individuals and ensuring they had maximum choice and control over their lives. Care met individual needs and preferences.

The home had established a person-centred and open culture where residents and staff felt listened to and able to share opinions about the quality of care. Suggestions for improvement were taken seriously and implemented by management.
