Oak Trees is a residential care home in Norfolk offering respite care and personal care for people with learning disabilities. The findings below set out what the CQC observed on inspection.

Oak Trees provides respite care accommodation and personal care for people with learning disabilities, supporting up to four residents at any one time during short breaks. The service also delivers personal care support to 21 people with learning disabilities across ten supported living locations in their own homes. At the time of inspection, three people were staying at the respite facility while 33 people used the service regularly.

Personal care provided includes support with personal hygiene and eating tasks.
