Southlands Place

Southlands Place provides nursing and care for up to 71 people, primarily older adults with various health conditions including arthritis, diabetes, and heart disease. At the time of inspection, 48 residents were living at the service. Some people have dementia and may display challenging behaviours, with most requiring support with personal care, eating, drinking, or mobility.

People at Southlands Place receive safe care from staff trained to recognise signs of abuse and potential risks.
