Greenacres

Greenacres, in Banstead, Surrey, provides residential care for up to 63 people, including many living with dementia, physical disabilities, older age and frailty. This assessment followed concerns about falls, risk management and delayed incident reporting, but inspectors found the service continued to meet expectations and remains rated Good overall.

Inspectors found a positive culture, with people well cared for by competent, sufficient staff who understood how to keep them safe. Risks were properly assessed and managed, and safeguarding systems worked effectively. People, relatives and staff praised the approachable management team, and feedback about the clean, well maintained home was consistently positive.
