Greenacres

Greenacres provides care and accommodation for up to 62 older people, some with physical needs and others living with dementia. The service spans three floors divided into separate living units, each with its own lounge and dining area. At the time of inspection, 45 people were living at the home.

People are happy with the care and support they receive. Staff are positive about their roles and feel well-supported by the registered manager. The provider has implemented effective quality assurance processes that identify opportunities for improvement and make positive changes for both residents and staff.
