Inspectors found a positive culture, with people well cared for by competent, sufficient staff who understood how to keep them safe. Risks were properly assessed and managed, and safeguarding systems worked effectively. People, relatives and staff praised the approachable management team, and feedback about the clean, well maintained home was consistently positive.
