This care home provides personal care for up to 66 residents across four units on three floors, with 37 people living there at the time of inspection. Some residents live with dementia. The home features separate communal lounges and dining areas on each unit, along with kitchenettes, and a ground floor conservatory available for group activities.

Residents reported insufficient activities to engage them, and some activities observed were not meaningful to residents. Staff indicated they lacked adequate time to initiate the activities that the provider expected them to manage. The provider subsequently told inspectors they were addressing these concerns through their wellness coordinator.
