Savernake View Care Home

This care home provides nursing and personal care for up to 64 people, including older people, those under 65, and people living with dementia. At inspection, 48 people were using the service. The home has two floors with en-suite bedrooms and various communal areas including a cinema, café, hair salon, lounges, and dining rooms, plus established gardens accessible from the ground floor.

Incident management systems have improved, with forms now recording actions taken to prevent reoccurrence. Staff receive guidance on assessing risks to people's safety and supporting those experiencing distress. The provider has given staff additional training on supporting people living with dementia, alongside safeguarding training, with systems in place to raise any concerns.
