About Aldbourne Nursing Home

Aldbourne Nursing Home is a nursing home in Wiltshire, providing nursing and personal care to adults who need it. Further details from the CQC's most recent assessment are set out below.

Aldbourne Nursing Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 40 people, with 33 living there at the time of the CQC's assessment. Inspectors found the service was performing well overall and rated it Good. People and relatives felt safe, staff were kind and knowledgeable, and there were enough staff to meet needs.

Some paperwork gaps were noted, including incomplete documentation of DoLS conditions and one missed repositioning check, which placed a person at risk of a pressure sore. Leaders addressed these issues promptly during the assessment. Care plans were personalised and people could access healthcare support when needed.
