Ladymead is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care for up to 40 residents, predominantly aged 65 and over. At the time of inspection, 31 people were living at the service in an adapted building.

Residents received safe care from skilled and knowledgeable staff who understood how to identify and report concerns. The provider maintained safe recruitment processes reflecting their values of respect, compassion and commitment. Risks to residents' safety and well-being were managed through established risk management processes that informed individualised care planning.
