Ruislip Nursing Home

Ruislip Nursing Home is a care home providing accommodation and nursing care for up to 31 younger and older adults with a range of health conditions, sensory and physical impairments. The CQC rated the service Good overall, an improvement on its previous requires improvement rating, having found earlier breaches around safe care and governance had been resolved.

Inspectors found people lived in a safe, well-maintained environment and received personalised, safe care from kind, attentive staff. People and their families were involved in planning care, felt respected and had opportunities for independence. Management were responsive to concerns, and quality monitoring systems were working effectively.
