Parkfield House Nursing Home

Parkfield House Nursing Home, in Hillingdon, provides nursing care for up to 44 older people. The service is jointly run by two companies. The CQC rated it Good overall, an improvement from the previous requires improvement rating, finding that earlier breaches relating to person-centred care, dignity, safe care and governance had been resolved.

Inspectors found people were cared for in a clean, safe environment by enough well-trained staff who knew them well. People said they felt safe, had good relationships with kind, attentive staff and enjoyed the food and activities on offer. Management was described as approachable, with effective systems in place to monitor and improve the service.
