Kingsley Court Care Home

Kingsley Court Care Home provides nursing and personal care for up to 85 older people across three units. Bluebell cares for older people with nursing needs, while Rose and Primrose support people living with dementia, with Rose offering additional nursing care. At inspection, 84 people were living at the service, including those receiving end-of-life care.

People received personalised care and felt happy with the support provided. Staff were described as kind, caring and respectful, and residents had good relationships with them. People, along with those important to them, were involved in planning their care to ensure it reflected their individual needs and preferences. Staff knew people well, offered them meaningful choices and respected these decisions. People were kept safe because staff understood how to provide safe care.
