High Meadows is a residential care home with four units providing personal and nursing care to up to 45 people, currently supporting 32 residents. The service cares for older people, those with physical disabilities, and people living with dementia. The home has robust safeguarding systems in place, with staff trained to respond appropriately to concerns. Safe recruitment procedures are followed and staffing levels are adequate to meet residents' needs. Medicines are managed safely and infection control practices are implemented to prevent cross infection. Staff support residents to make choices about their lives and ensure care is delivered in the least restrictive way possible, with policies and systems supporting this approach. The provider monitors and manages service delivery to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
