Inspectors found people felt safe and were supported by sufficient, well trained staff who knew them well. Risks were assessed and reviewed regularly, and people were helped to pursue hobbies and maintain relationships. Care plans reflected people's choices, and the management team sought feedback from people and their families to drive ongoing improvement.
