Inspectors rated the home Requires Improvement overall, finding a breach relating to governance, along with gaps in medicines storage, incident reviews, care records and identifying risks in the environment.

Staff were found to be kind, respectful and skilled, providing personalised care and encouraging independence. People felt safe, well cared for and enjoyed a range of activities linking them to their community. Leaders were described as responsive and supportive, working to improve the service, though stronger oversight was still needed to ensure shortfalls were reliably identified and addressed.
