Langdale Heights

Langdale Heights in Derby provides personal and nursing care for up to 31 older people, some living with physical disabilities. At the time of the CQC assessment, 26 people lived at the home, which is rated Outstanding overall.

Inspectors found an exceptional culture of safety, kindness and openness, with staff who knew people well and delivered highly personalised, dignified care. Leaders drove strong learning and improvement, medicines and risks were managed robustly, and people and families felt genuinely welcomed and involved in their care.
