Rykneld Nursing Home provides accommodation and nursing and personal care for up to 31 people. At the time of inspection, 16 people were living at the service. The home had implemented clear safety measures including signage at the entrance identifying it as closed to routine visitors, a sign-in book and temperature checks for visiting healthcare professionals, and dedicated spaces for COVID-19 testing and PPE application. Staff had access to breaks at intervals to maintain social distancing, with PPE available in reception for all visitors and professionals.
