Rivendell View

Rivendell View provides accommodation and personal care for up to 66 people, including those living with dementia. The purpose-built home spans three floors with dining and communal areas on each level, plus landscaped gardens. At inspection, 29 people were resident at the service.

The home protects people from harm and abuse, with knowledgeable staff supporting their safety. Medicines are administered safely and medical referrals are made promptly, with recommendations acted upon quickly. Staff are recruited safely and trained to high standards, with sufficient competent staff on each shift. Care needs are assessed before admission and reviewed regularly, with people and their families included in these discussions and encouraged to express their desired outcomes. Staff report being given time to socialise with residents and build trusting relationships.
