Inspectors found staffing levels were sufficient, medicines were managed safely, and the home was clean and well maintained overall, though the environment was not always safe and some safeguarding incidents had not been identified by staff. People received person-centred, kind care, and relatives and residents spoke positively about staff and felt reassured their loved ones were safe.
