Westcliffe Care Home

Westcliffe Care Home provides personal care for up to 19 older adults, some living with dementia. At inspection, 17 people were using the service. The home is housed in one adapted building across two floors, with a large living space and conservatory on the ground floor overlooking the garden.

People told inspectors they felt safe at the home, with risks associated with their individual needs fully assessed and well managed. Medicines were stored and administered safely. Residents reported being supported by kind and caring staff who knew them well, and staff had been recruited safely through appropriate processes.
