Willow Brook Care Home

Willow Brook Care Home provides residential care and personal care for up to 49 older adults, younger adults, and people living with dementia. At inspection, 26 people were using the service. Staff demonstrated good understanding of safeguarding procedures and felt confident reporting concerns, while relatives expressed confidence in the safety of their family members' care. The home assessed individual needs and documented associated risks, with environmental risks appropriately mitigated. Staffing levels were sufficient to maintain safety, and the provider conducted character checks to ensure staff suitability. People received their prescribed medicines safely.
