Richmond Heights is a residential care home providing personal and nursing care, including for people living with dementia, for up to 51 people. Inspectors found the service had improved since a previous inspection and was no longer in breach of regulations, with an overall rating of Good. Residents said they felt safe and well cared for, describing staff as kind, respectful and helpful.

There were enough staff to meet people's needs, though some relatives felt staffing was stretched at times. Feedback on involvement in care planning was mixed, and some residents and relatives wanted more activities, particularly outdoors. People could access healthcare support, manage their medicines well, and receive visitors freely.
