Woodland View accommodates older people requiring nursing and personal care, with particular expertise in supporting those with complex and enhanced dementia diagnoses. The home implemented early lockdown measures and comprehensive infection prevention and control procedures in advance of COVID-19 escalation. Staff consistently wore appropriate personal protective equipment and followed current guidance, with contingency plans established to isolate any residents with COVID-19 symptoms in designated areas of the premises.

At the time of inspection, the home had not reported any confirmed cases.
