Chatsworth Grange

Chatsworth Grange accommodates up to 66 younger and older adults, including people living with dementia, across four separate units in one adapted building spread over two floors. A secure garden surrounds the home. At inspection, 56 people were living there.

The service had created a visiting pod at the front of the building so residents could stay warm and indoors whilst having visitors. Relatives and other visitors sit the other side of glass windows and communicate via an intercom. Inspectors heard that residents visited regularly with family members.
