About Chatsworth Grange

Chatsworth Grange is a nursing home in Sheffield, providing personal and nursing care for adults, including people living with dementia. The findings below set out what CQC inspectors found on their most recent visit.

Chatsworth Grange is a care home providing personal and nursing care and support for up to 66 younger and older adults, including people living with dementia. At the time of assessment, 58 people were living there. The visit followed concerns about medication management and care standards, but the CQC found no evidence to support these.

Inspectors found people received their medicines as prescribed, though some records needed improvement, and staff recruitment checks were not always robust. Both issues were addressed immediately. People and relatives spoke positively about kind, attentive staff, though some relatives felt weekend staffing levels were lighter.

The home remains rated Good overall.
