The CQC rated the service Good overall. Inspectors found staff knew people well, treated them with dignity and kindness, and monitored health needs closely.

The environment was clean, safe and well maintained, and medicines were mostly managed safely.

The provider had previously been in breach of regulations relating to safe care and good governance, but the CQC found these issues had been resolved. People and relatives spoke positively about staff and the approachable registered manager, describing a caring, friendly atmosphere. Leaders were visible and supportive, with accidents and concerns investigated thoroughly and lessons shared with staff.
