Red Brick House

Red Brick House provides personal and nursing care to up to 50 people, predominantly older adults, many living with dementia-related conditions. At inspection, 41 people were using the service. The purpose-built home spans two floors, with one primarily accommodating people with dementia and the other serving those with nursing needs.

Records about potential risks to people were not always in place or sufficiently detailed, meaning staff lacked adequate guidance for reducing risks. The management team acknowledged this gap and had begun addressing it.
