People felt safe at the service, with staff demonstrating clear understanding of safeguarding procedures. Recruitment processes were robust, ensuring suitable staff were employed. The home delivered person-centred care supported by detailed records that guided staff practice. Medicines management was well-organised, with people receiving their medications promptly. People received suitable food and refreshments.
