Lindisfarne Crawcrook

Lindisfarne Crawcrook provides accommodation and personal and nursing care to up to 60 older people, including those living with dementia or dementia-related conditions. At the time of inspection, 51 people were using the service, which operates from one purpose-built building.

The home has made improvements since the last inspection, particularly in medicines management and record-keeping. However, further improvements are needed to ensure people receive safe, timely and person-centred care, including developing more effective systems to monitor and improve the overall quality of the service.
