Lindisfarne House

Lindisfarne House provides personal and nursing care to 54 people aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia, in one large adapted building with capacity for up to 60 residents. The home has safeguarding systems and procedures in place, with staff understanding their responsibilities to keep people safe. Health and safety risks are assessed and monitored regularly. The environment is clean, safe and well maintained, with a refurbishment plan in progress. People and relatives spoke positively about staff, feeling safe in their care. Staff are recruited safely and receive ongoing supervision and competence checks to monitor their performance. Medicines are managed safely by suitably trained staff, with people receiving them when needed.
